I was born and raised in St. Louis.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Missouri-St. Louis with a Degree in Early Childhood Education. Last year I earned my Masters in Special Reading.
I come from a BIG family (3 brothers and 3 sisters). It gets bigger by the minute. I have 3 sister in laws, 2 nieces, and 5 nephews.

I am married to Kris and we have a son that just entered fifth grade. We also have a puppy named Sully.

I spend as much time as I can with my family. Our favorite things to do are travel and go to Cardinal games.
I'm a big sports fan. My favorite teams include Cardinals Baseball and Mizzou and Duke basketball.
One of my favorite things to do is run. I didn't start running until I was 29. I joined Girls on the Run to make a difference in young girls' lives and in the process I fell in love with running. When I joined GOTR I ran my first 5k. The following year I ran my first 1/2 marathon. A few years ago I ran my 1st marathon. It was one of the most difficult, but rewarding things I have done.
